Registration

How do I sign up to the league?
Follow the steps on the registration hub page.
Make sure you
1) Register your player
2) Register your team (even for 1v1)
3) Join your team with your player
4) Join the league that you wish to join by using the links on the side

I've forgotten my password
You can renew your passwords through email using these forms - Team Password | Player Password

How do I join the Chilled Sniper League?
Click on 'Join League' in the navigation bar and then select the Chilled Sniper League relevant to your team size.

Team Management

Can I change my details?
Yes, in the settings menu you can change everything apart from your steam id's.

Can I have subs in my team?
Yes, for team size 3 you are allowed one sub player and for team sizes 4 and 5 you are allowed 2. This is to allow for players being away, and easier match organisation.

Can I swap a player in my team?
Yes, You can kick players from your team in the settings menu, for a good reason only, excessive use of this feature could lead to team deletion.

How many challenges am I allowed?
You can challenge up to 3 teams, and be challenged by 3 teams at the same time. If you wish to have more challenge allowance, you can get cash points to buy it in the shop by earning awards or placing a wager on your match.

What are awards?
They are prizes given for earning goals, you can see them by clicking on 'View Awards' in the settings menu.

What are cash points?
They are used when you place a wager on a match, or when you buy things in the shop.

How do I create a sub-league?
Click on 'create sub-league' in the navigation pane when you are logged in, then enter the name.

How do I join a private league?
You need to enter the key for that league if it is private. If you want to join that league, you need to get the key from the owner of the league.

Why is there a big penis next to my team name?
People don't like you, you have been voted 1 star too many times and have been granted the Nob Award.

Can I remove the big penis next to my team name?
If you beg for forgiveness from an admin, then you might have a chance. Alternatively you can delete your account and rejoin with a fresh start.

Matches

How do I challenge a team?
Click on their name in the league, and in their profile, there is a link in the top-right hand corner.

How do I accept a challenge?
Go into 'Matches' and click on 'view open matches'. There will be an option to accept or decline any open challenge there.

There has been a dispute, what do I do?
Email the details to sniping {at} chimoosic.co.uk, along with any demos or screenshots and I will deal with it.

How do I enter the results from a match?
Log into your player account and click on enter result. When in the results page, select the match to enter your result and enter your points NOT kills and your deaths for each map. When each player has entered their results, the scores will be verified.

I have found a bug in the site, what to do?
I really need you to e-mail me, the testing obviously didn't filter out all the bugs.
